Loft112 is a creative hive where ideas are given space to develop, a place where established and emerging writers, readers, artists and poets are supported, a place where unheard voices are given a platform and a place of collaboration.

Cards For Community is a city-wide participatory project created to foster dialogue and community connection!

We are excited to exhibit around 200 postcards representing around 117 of Calgary’s neighbourhoods during the month of February.These postcards were submitted by children and adults, by those we’ve never met and by friends we hope to meet this month. It is a lovely mixture of stories and images shared from individual perspectives and we can’t wait to get the exhibit on the walls.Every submission is part of the physical gallery.With Covid, our partnership with the Calgary Public Library branches changed. We can no longer hold our final weekend at the Central library nor will the branches be able to host the postcards and winners in their branches. Stay tuned to further updates!But mark your calendar and get your tickets now. You don&#x27;t want to miss this.Anyone who submitted a postcard can attend for FREE!.All other guests please purchase a ticket.COVID protocols in place. Masks are mandatory along with proof of vaccination or negative PCR test (within 72 hours of visit)Thank you for your cooperation
