<h3>Caribbean Dancer Sampler</h3>Did you miss Carnival?!Do you need Steel Town Caribana energy?!Want to spice up your dance moves with some Caribbean flavor?Join us at Comotion on King to jump up, jam down &amp; sweat to Caribbean sounds. From Soca to Dancehall, we'll try it all! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or craving new movement, get ready to wine your hips, shake your shoulders, and vibe in full Joy!! <h4>ACCESS 🚪:</h4>• Parking on street and nearby lots (King + Catherine)• Main floor entry may be locked (someone will let you in!)Entry begins at 6:00 pm• Third floor venue - stairs• Elevator on site, but not guaranteed to be available• Chairs available for balance <h4>BRING 🎒 :</h4>• Comfy clothing• Sneakers or bare feet• a flag or rag (towel / bandana - we have some for loan!)• water bottle (filtered H2O available on site)• a shareable snack / finger food (optional)• a friend, a sis, grandma or aunty!! <h4>WHAT to EXPECT ✨:</h4>• Curated playlist• Facilitated dance with simple choreography (patterns &amp; repetition!)• Room to improvise and move at your own pace• Whole body engagement• Community Building• Reckless Body Positivity• Some music will contain Explicit Lyrics• Due to the 'bruk out' nature of some movements, participants must be 19 years or older• Safe space for women &amp; female identifying• Social with snacks at the end (optional)
