Spend your Monday evening chillaxing on the mat in this Gentle Hatha Yoga class, while being surrounded by some paw-some adoptable kitties. It basically counts as purr-apy.This yoga class is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-friendly and open to all levels. It is led by Doaa Magdy (She/They), an interdisciplinary artist, yoga instructor, and certified crazy cat lady. Her yoga classes are rooted in radical self-compassion, community building and healing through joy. Her contagious energy is guaranteed to brighten up your day.50% of the ticket proceeds will go to Catoro. If you can, please show Catoro some extra love and purr-chase a boba (bubble tea) when you get there.Spots are limited and tickets sell fast. So get yours right meow :)Please BRING YOUR OWN MAT and arrive 10 minutes before class to check in and settle in the space.
