Une dégustation de vins accompagnée d’exquises bouchées véganes préparées par nos top chefs en équipe avec leur sommelier :  Mathieu Masson-Duceppe, grand gagnant de Chopped Canada et chef exécutif du Jellyfish, est un jeune chef ayant voyagé et cuisiné à travers le monde qui s’est vite taillé une place de choix parmi les Grands de notre province. Ses bouchées seront servies avec les vins artisanaux Trois Moineaux créer et choisis par Louis Dugas et Francis Lorrains, 2 des 3 moineaux.Nick De Palma, chef coloré qui sait attirer les foules par la simplicité de ses plats pourtant remplis de caractère, était à la tête du fameux restaurant italien Inferno, est directeur du réputé Fiorella et propriétaire du légendaire café San Simeon. Ses petits plaisirs gastronomiques seront accompagnés des choix du sommelier Jordan Thesserault de l’agence de vins Vignôme. Mathieu Perreault Jesserey, chef et co-propriétaire des restaurants Le Coup Monté et anciennement chez l’Épicier, est un cuisinier passionné désirant promouvoir les produits et artisans d'ici et qui aime créer des évènements gastronomiques rassembleurs. Qui de mieux que David Francis de DF Wine et VinoQueb pour compléter son accord mets et vins.Le tout, en collaboration avec Gusta Foods et Zoë Olive Oil. Mais attention, il vous faudra choisir un chef gagnant et si vous identifiez le vainqueur, vous aurez la chance de gagner une carte-cadeau de son restaurant ! Ambiance feutrée, musique par DJ Sin et performances en direct de la magnifique Little Galaxia, artiste de cirque, danseuse et modèle venant de Buenos Aires, nous avons choisi de tenir l’événement dans l’un des endroits les plus exclusifs de la Ville Le Parloir – Caves Privées. Vous pourrez aussi profiter de l’occasion pour vous procurer des œuvres d’arts uniques d’artistes d’ici.Tous les profits de la soirée seront remis au Refuge Gahalad dont la mission est d’aider à relocaliser les chevaux de propriétaires qui ne peuvent plus en assumer les frais ainsi que les chevaux négligés ou abandonnés. En plus d’offrir un réseau de foyers d’accueil, le Refuge Gahalad veille à la sécurité et au bien-être des chevaux par des activités d’inspection, d’éducation et d’information. Le Refuge intervient également lors de plaintes, afin de proposer des solutions aux personnes en litige, et dénonce les cas insolubles aux autorités compétentes.Merci de participer.___________________________________You’re invited to the first edition of Cavallo, an evening full of elegance and nobility, in the likeness of the horse, our night’s emblem. In a velvety atmosphere, with music by DJ Sin and live performances by the magnificent Little Galaxia, circus artist, dancer and model from Buenos Aires, we have chosen to hold the event in one of the most exclusive places in the city Le Parloir – Private Cellars. You’ll also be able to put your hands on unique works of art by local artists.All the profits of the evening will be donated to the Gahalad Refuge, whose mission is to help relocate horses of owners who can no longer bear their costs as well as neglected or abandoned horses. In addition to offering a network of foster homes, the Gahalad Refuge ensures the horses’ safety and well-being through inspections, education and informational activities. The Refuge also intervenes following complaints, proposing solutions to people in dispute,  and denounces insoluble cases to competent authorities.Thank you for participating.
