Jacqueline Lloyd Smith is one of the global master trainers, trained by the LEGO Systems Group in the methods ofLEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.  She has over 25 years experience working with individuals, groups, organizations, and communities.  She is a Registered Art Therapist (ATR), a Certified Canadian Management Consultant (CMC),  and holds both an MA and an MBA from Royal Roads University.Strategic Play Group Ltd., is based in Whistler, BC, Canada with partner offices in North, Central and South America and Oceania. We are part of the global movement, a new generation of consultants, who teach and train brain-friendly facilitated and collaborative approaches. These unique methods transform the thinking of individuals, groups, organizations, & communities, by using real-time strategic thinking and positive psychology approaches.

Do you lead change?Do you work with communities or multi-stakeholders?Are you tired of going in circles or fixing problems that backfire? Maybe you recognize that you and the teams you lead have been solving the wrong problems altogether. And just when you thought things were fixed, it turns out they were actually just protracted and they emerge as even bigger, messier, more expensive problems—YIKES! Instead of putting out fires, you might want to use our systematic creative process. It allows you to help others design their own solutions. We all want the world to be brighter, but we can only do that if we start using tools and methods that are really smarter.
