You won’t leave the session an expert but you will leave with some great insights and an appetite to find out more!There are many ways of implementing change.In this session we will provide a taster of some of the good practice change models that you could use to increase your likelihood of successModels can guide you. It’s important to be flexible in your approach as all change is different.Why use change models?Overcoming barriers is common when implementing change. Applying common change theories and models can proactively help to eliminate some of these barriers - guiding, structuring and simplifying the process for those leading and implementing.By drawing on our collective knowledge in good practice change and transition methodologies, we can harvest key insights and ideas for managing change at UBC.
