Led by lululemon Run Ambassador Isaac — Seawheeze Half Marathon pacer and 6x marathon finisher — this session will take you through a 45-minute strength workout built specifically for runners, followed by a 2–3km community shakeout run.
We’ll finish with a quick nutrition conversation to help you fuel your training and recovery.
Expect good energy, a strong sweat, and a room full of runners chasing what’s next.
