When should I arrive?

Plan to arrive at Cheakamus Centre between 8:30-8:45am to check in. The program will begin at 8:45am.

Question 2

What should I bring?

Please dress for the weather as programming will be outside. All food and beverages are included, so there is no need to bring lunch or snacks, but a water bottle is recommended.

Question 3

I have dietary requirements, will those be accommodated?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Vegetarian and gluten free options will available, but please email niki@cheakamuscentre.ca if you have special requirements beyond that.

Question 4

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event, less Eventbrite service fees. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event date.
