Chef's Table Experience

Your evening begins with a pre-dinner social at 7:00 pm featuring a complimentary beverage, followed by dinner at 7:30 pm. Between courses, we invite you to enjoy the warmth of our outdoor fire pit. Seating is limited to 16 people, creating an intimate evening with Chef Glenn.

Chef Glenn Sheridan:
He began his training at George Brown College in Toronto before taking his career to the United Kingdom in 2001, where he worked in Glasgow, the Isle of Man, and at the Savoy Hotel in London. Classically French-trained, Chef Glenn has a unique ability to deliver an exquisite dining experience, share stories and a laugh, and guide you through a culinary journey.

Flight of Soup

2oz servings of shrimp bisque, solferino and tomato dill served in a classic espresso cup.

Pig Trotter Lollipops

Tenderly braised pig's trotter mixed with sticky rice and herbs, with honey-Dijon nappé.

Burrata Winter Salad

Torn kale, Honeycrisp apple, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and burrata cheese with an apple-honey vinaigrette drizzle.

Braised Beef Cheeks

Roasted garlic mashed potatoes, mushrooms, winter vegetables, and red wine shallots.

Candy Cane Panna Cotta

With a trio of sorbets including acai blue cream, mango, and dragon fruit.
