Chef's Table Experience

Your evening begins with a pre-dinner social at 7:00 pm featuring a complimentary beverage, followed by dinner at 7:30 pm. Between courses, we invite you to enjoy the warmth of our outdoor fire pit. Seating is limited to 16 people, creating an intimate evening with Chef Sheridan.

Chef Glenn Sheridan:
He began his training at George Brown College in Toronto before taking his career to the United Kingdom in 2001, where he worked in Glasgow, the Isle of Man, and at the Savoy Hotel in London. Classically French-trained, Chef Sheridan has a unique ability to deliver an exquisite dining experience, share stories and a laugh, and guide you through a culinary journey.

Cream of Brie Soup

Sometimes you just need a bowl of creamy cheese and butter and this thick soup garnished with slivers of crisp apples, is just what you need on a cold January night.

Minted Linguine

Creamy, mint-scented linguine with peas and asparagus tips.

Rosemary-Scented Figs Glazed with Chèvre Cheese

Fresh figs with orange-zested goat cheese atop radish salad with a lemon vinaigrette.

Meli-Melo of Beef Nicoise

Short grain fed Beef Tenderloin and Veal Striploin, grilled medium rare with olives, capers and olive oil, nestled in a courgette and tomato border.

Blackberry Streusel Financier

This almond tea cake is topped with a sweet crumbly surronded by a moat of blackberry compote.
