Chef's Table Experience

Chef Glenn Sheridan has designed an amazing menu for you to enjoy and looks forward to sharing an exceptional culinary experience with you.

Your evening begins with a pre-dinner social at 7:00 pm featuring a complimentary beverage, followed by dinner at 7:30 pm. Between courses, we invite you to enjoy the warmth of our outdoor fire pit (weather permitting). Seating is limited to 16 people, creating an intimate evening with Chef Sheridan.

Chef Glenn Sheridan:
He began his training at George Brown College in Toronto before taking his career to the United Kingdom in 2001, where he worked in Glasgow, the Isle of Man, and at the Savoy Hotel in London. Classically French-trained, Chef Sheridan has a unique ability to deliver an exquisite dining experience, share stories and a laugh, and guide you through a culinary journey.

Your Menu:

Langoustines with Goose Liver & Mango Carpaccio

This elegant appetizer balances a peppery sauce with sweet mango. The duality of dissonance and harmony.

Mud Bug Étouffée

Louisiana crawfish étouffée atop a thimble of dirty rice.

Angry Caesar Salad

Baby Gem lettuce with house-made Caesar dressing, horseradish, broad beans & pancetta. Topped with a poached egg.

Seared Brome Lake Duck

Quebec duck breast atop a giant cépe filled ravioli with a black current jus.

Steamed Upside-Down Blackberry & Apple Pudding

From the Chef's favourite chef, Garry Rhodes. This dish is beautiful all year round. Chef Sheridan has replicated this dish many times, and it always takes him back to his time living in Britain.
