Nicole Lewis

<P>Chill Cafe is a program for those who experience stress and/or anxiety and would like to better manage stress. The goal of the program is that over 6 weeks students will build on the skills from the previous week to better be able to deal with stressful situations, find solutions for their challenges and engage in various stress reduction techniques. The program is for students at Algonquin College and will run Thursdays from 2-3:30 with the exception of Feb 22</P>
