Come join Metropolis at Metrotown and celebrate Lunar New Year by making your own lantern!

At the LUNAR NEW YEAR AT METROPOLIS AT METROTOWN exhibit, you will have a chance to attend a lantern making workshop lead by members of The Secret Lantern Society and create your own Chinese pin-prick style lantern to take home.

Workshops take place Saturday, February 2 and Sunday, February 3, 2019 between 2:00PM and 5:00PM. Each workshop session is between 15-30 minutes. This is a free workshop. Reserve your spot today!

Walk-up spots will be available on a first-come first serve basis, while supplies last.

The Secret Lantern Society is an artist-run organization dedicated to connecting people to art, beauty, nature, community and their own creativity, and their multicultural celebrations transform spectators into participants!
