Yes! We have added a whole new afternoon portion about the business case for clean energy, and how to integrate the technical skill and knowledge with on location applications.

Question 2

I am interested in clean energy on set but I'm not from Lighting or Locations, can I still come?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This is going to be a fun and engaging day for anyone from the motion picture industry to learn about clean energy applications. We all have a part to play in advancing sustainability in the motion picture industry.

Question 3

I work in other cities, not just Vancouver, will the locations info be useful for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes! While Geoff and his team have led the way in developing financial incentives around film permits and helping get diesel generators off the streets, many of us are working to see this programs duplicated in other jurisdictions.

Question 4

I have a friend who works in the industry but isn't a union member. Can they still come?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This event is open - we want as many people as possible in the motion picture industry to feel free to come and learn and help us advocate for long lasting systemic change!
