💻 Session 4: Closing the Wage Gap | 🗓️ 05 November 2025 | ⏰ 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. ETWith a focus on the Canadian wage gap, this session will provide an opportunity to understand salary audits, data monitoring on wage gaps, and the importance of transparency. Participants will leave with tips, methods, and strategies to examine and close wage gaps at their own organization.Whether you are new to EDI or already engaged in this work, you’ll join a diverse learning community of peers, leaders, and changemakers from across sectors.
