Who We AreA provincial charity and community leader for 65 years, the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick (CMHA of NB) promotes the Mental Health of all, and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness.What We DoWe are a grassroots organization that provides services to all communities in the province such as presentations, programs, support groups, workshops, and advocacy for children, youth, adults, and seniors living with mental illness or those in search of mental wellness.Why We Do What We DoWe do it to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who are living with mental illness and their families and to promote mental wellness within our communities. This training is designed to provide leaders within a workplace environment with the necessary information and strategies to build positive mental health and well-being for all employees while effectively supporting individual employees with mental health concerns.Modules<ul><li>Exploring the Mental Health Continuum</li><li>Mental Health &amp; Illness in the Workplace</li><li>Practical Strategies for Support &amp; Communication</li><li>Preventing Crisis, Burnout and Suicide, as well as Understanding Community Resources</li></ul>1 day workshop running March 26th from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Participants must attend entire day to receive certificate.
