<H2 STYLE="text-align: center;">Are you curious about what coaching tools are being used in our coaching community and why? </H2>
 
The International Coach Federation (ICF), Ottawa Chapter invites you to a drop-in learning and sharing session on Tuesday, June 25th between noon-1:30pm. Join us to discover and learn about various coaching tools/instruments that ICF coaches use in their practice and why.
 
This session will appeal to coaches that practice in all areas of coaching such as executive, internal, leadership, life, team, etc. In direct response to feedback provided during the recent ICF Ottawa Panel Discussion event on Instilling and Evolving Coaching Cultures, participants asked to hear more about what tools/instruments coaches use.
 
Some tools or instruments require training and/or certification. This is your opportunity to learn more and ask questions, and discuss use cases. The use of tools and instruments relates to ICF Competencies for Facilitating Learning and Results and specifically: 
8. Creating Awareness 9. Designing Actions
 
ICF Coaches will be sharing their knowledge on the following tools(*):

 (*) Please contact Sue Kavanagh if you are interested in staffing a table to support the education of a specific tool/instrument(s) that may or may not be listed above.
In addition, we will share other sources we have researched for tools and practical techniques Your takeaways for this tool discovery session include:

<LI>Availability to speak to coaches using these tools in their practice</LI>
<LI>Pros/Cons of using the tools with certain types of clients/organizations</LI>
<LI>Tips and best practices</LI>

Paid Parking is available in/around the building on the street as well as in the visitor spot

Bring your own lunch or stop by the café inside Bayview Yards. 
Coffee/Tea/snacks will be served. 
Cost: No Charge but pre-registration is required
