EnQ is the key to embodied leadership and experiential coaching!

What is EnQ: Energetic Intelligence? As a coach, it&#x27;s your ability to use your brain, body, and energy to create lasting transformation and powerful results. EnQ is the key to embodied leadership and experiential coaching. Clients don&#x27;t want to just talk about change; they want to live it. Coaching from IQ might leave clients impressed with your wisdom, but not in touch with their own. Coaching from EQ can leave clients feeling better, but not necessarily creating the tangible results they came for. Coaching from EnQ encompasses the full spectrum of the Doing, the Having, and the Being, allowing you and your clients to connect and co-create on a deep and powerful wavelength. <h3>Our Speaker: </h3><a href="https://www.kaceycardincoaching.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kacey Cardin</a>, PCC, is an Executive + Leadership Coach, TEDx speaker, and integration coach who supports high performers and overachievers in creating more joy and authenticity to go with all of their success. Prior to becoming a coach, Kacey worked as a professional opera singer and spent over twenty years studying energy work, spirituality, and psychology. Her unique skill set led her to create the EnQ: Energetic Intelligence framework, and her work has impacted companies including Google, ABC, Disney, and Chief. In addition to running The Cardin Group's global coaching and consulting firm, Kacey founded the ACX Advanced Coach Accelerator, created movement-based workout Chakralesque, and has written and produced two Off-Broadway musicals. Workshops and keynotes include those for the Country Music Association, Vanderbilt University, and CreativeMornings.
