Code & Create: micro:bit Coding Workshop (17, 18, 19 & 20 November)
Unlock the power of code in the FHL Tech Hub with a four-day, hands-on coding adventure designed for ages 10-14.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to building on your tech skills, this free workshop will guide you through the fundamentals of programming using pocket-sized Micro:bit coding set.
These sessions will be led by our special guest coding instructor, Rob, who brings expert guidance, creative projects, and fun to every session.
Participants must be available to attend all four sessions: 3:45pm - 5pm on 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th November.
Prerequisites & Requirements
To ensure every participant has a fantastic experiences, attendees MUST be comfortable with the following foundational computer skills:
- Operating a Windows computer independently
- Understanding and executing standard mouse commands
- Navigating and using a web browsers effectively
- Demonstrating basic drag-and-drop skills
