Coding Club Coding Club Starting May 25th!

Our Coding Club will give learners the chance to create digital projects, control robots, crack secret codes, and learn how computers use binary to process information. From building in Scratch to testing out Arduino robots, learners will use creativity and logic to dive into the world of coding in a fun, hands-on way! 

When: Mondays Starting May 25th!

Who: This program was created for ages 6-12

Where: The Iqaluit Makerspace at 1412 Sikituuq Ct

Learners will build confidence with coding by experimenting with programs, robots, puzzles, and computer science concepts using:

• Scratch Project— building simple projects using Scratch
• Robotics — coding Arduino robots to complete tasks
• Secret Codes — experimenting with cryptography and hidden messages
• Binary — learning the language of 1s and 0s
• Coding and Robotics Games
