Question 1

Do I have to be ready to sell my home?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Most people who come are just starting to think about it. No pressure, no timeline required.

Question 2

Is this a sales pitch?

Accepted Answer

No. There's no presentation, no slides, and no obligation to work with me or anyone else. Just a conversation.

Question 3

What if I don't have any questions yet?

Accepted Answer

Totally fine. Come and listen — a lot of people find their questions come up naturally once others start talking.

Question 4

Will I be pressured to sign anything?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a casual meetup, not a consultation or appointment.

Question 5

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please do. Many people find it easier to think this through with someone they trust.

Question 6

What if I have to cancel or I'm running late?

Accepted Answer

No problem — just show up when you can, or reply to let me know. Nothing is locked in.

Question 7

Is there a cost?

Accepted Answer

No, it's free. Coffee's on me. The ticket is just a filter so nobody books all the time slots just for the fun of it and not show up. I'll reimburse you once you arrive.

Question 8

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Nothing required — just yourself and any questions on your mind.

Question 9

Who is this for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who owns a home and has thought about simplifying — even a little, even "someday."

Question 10

Will there be a lot of people?

Accepted Answer

No, it's kept small on purpose so it feels like a real conversation, not a crowd.
