Latab Food is a small wine focused snack bar in Vancouver's West End neighbourhood. We specialize in natural, organic and biodynamic wines as well as locally sourced and sustainable foods.

On February 15th we are celebrating Friends and Fermentation with our second Colab night at Latab Natural Wine Bar.  The menu will be a collaboration between Kris Barnholden of Latab and Annabelle Choi (<A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/annabellechoistudio/" REL="nofollow">Annabelle Choi - Catering & Consulting Studio</A>), featuring wildcrafted yeasts and greens from the forest by <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/museumeats/" REL="nofollow">MuseumEats</A> and wild fermented vegetables, drinks, and breads.  To delve deeper into the process of fermentation, we'll be hearing from Matt Sherlock of <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/Sedimentary-Wine-Importers-246803358667798/" REL="nofollow">Sedimentary Wine Importers</A> and sipping some naturally fermented wines featured on the list by Eryn Dorman at Latab.  Stay tuned for menu details! Dinner is ticketed. 7pm-9:30 $89 tax and tip inclusive 6 plates, 3-5 natural wines We are also encouraging folks to walk in for snacks and sips after 9:30 and to engage in conversation about how we want to direct food trends in Vancouver, with a nod toward sustainability, nutrition, localism, food sovereignty, social justice, and hedonism.  For tickets call Latab: (604) 428-7004
