Will there be beverages or snacks?

Accepted Answer

Yep! I'll have chips and pretzels available to snack on an a selection of PWYC drinks including non-alc, beer, and cider.  options will be nut free, but if you have any other allergens or dietary restrictions, please feel free to bring your own food and beverages.

Are materials provided?

Yep! All paper, grounds, glue, and scissors will be provided!

Question 3

Is the event all ages?

Accepted Answer

Yep! But any minors under 14 have to be accompanied by an adult. Everyone looking to buy a beer or who looks under the age of 25 will be ID.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it anymore?

Accepted Answer

Yep! Refunds (minus the ticket fee) can be requested up until 24hrs before the event.

Question 5

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

No parking on site, but there is street paid parking available on surrounding streets.

Question 6

Where is the closest transit stop?

Accepted Answer

a short walk from either Main Station on the sky train, or take the 84 bus to Cook Street, or 9 bus  or 99 bus to Colombia, or 3 bus. to 4th Street and Main.

Is the space accessible?

Accepted Answer

The Astro Club meeting lounge where we are hosting the collage party is on the second floor. Unfortunately there is no accessible elevator, only stairs. We are looking for other hosts that have wheelchair and assisted mobility access.
