<p>Come join us for a hilarious night of gut busting standup comedy at CVI Lounge  (6457 Norcross Rd, Duncan, BC V9L 6C5)  brought to you be three hysterical touring acts.  </p><p>One night only don&#x27;t miss out!</p><p></p><h2>Hosted By Abdul Ali</h2><h2></h2><p>Abdul Ali is an upcoming stand-up comedian, writer and producer (Co-founder of Funny Side Up Productions) from Vancouver, BC that gives his audience a dive into his upbringing being Middle Eastern and Filipino Canadian. His unique storytelling and charisma have made him a fun time wherever he goes! He has shared the stage with the likes of Trixx, King Bach and more! When Ali is not on stage, you can find him hanging out with his cat or staying out of trouble ;)</p><p></p><h2>Featuring Jeremiah Ukponrefe </h2><p>Jeremiah Ukponrefe is a Vancouver based author and stand-up comedian.  As a comedian, his style is a mixture of clever observations with a subversive darkness - all performed under a veil of innocence. He has performed at the Island Fringe Festival, Guelf Fringe Festival,  Halifax Fringe Festival, and the Victoria Fringe Festival. He is also a Co-founder of the event production company, Funny Side Up Productions. As an writer he has written  for The Runner, The Reel Anna and Envie Magazine. His debut novel, Hive, released March 2021 - the first of The Arcane Volumes.He is really hoping this artist thing works out. </p><p></p><h2>Headlined By James Boyle</h2><p> Originally hailing from the strange and mystical land of Whitehorse, Yukon. Over the past few years, he’s moved south and made a name for himself in the Victoria comedy scene, hosting, performing, and headlining on a variety of shows up and down the Island. He’s performed twice at the Yukon Comedy Festival, been featured on the Just For Laughs Originals North album and can be found doing standup in bars, clubs, and in the bike lanes all throughout the city of Victoria.</p>
