Her latest study explores how smartphones, laptops, and constant connectivity shape stress, balance, and satisfaction in the profession.Diane has taught at the University of Ottawa, presented at national conferences, and brings deep leadership experience from senior communications roles with the RCMP, National Defence, and Defence Research and Development Canada. She holds degrees in journalism and communications management, and her graduate work focused on mental health in PR.An accredited member of CPRS, Diane has served as an examiner, judge, and jury leader for the National Awards of Excellence. She lives in Ottawa, where family time with her three young grandchildren is her favourite “disconnect.”
