We are a non-profit organization and at our core is the belief that non-speaking individuals are capable of communication and education, given the right supports to help them succeed. We believe that they are worthy of a life with dignity and can be valued members of the community. Communication is the first step in achieving this.

What is RPM?Soma®RPM (Soma-Rapid Prompting Method) is an academic program leading towards communication, the expression of reasoning and understanding, more reliable motor skills, and greater sensory tolerance. It is a method that empowers a student with the means to express his/her learning, understanding, reasoning and thoughts. Communication is the output of learning, therefore learning/communication is an integral part of RPM. Communication goals involve – single words, sentences, paragraphs, essays, short stories, composition of poetry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She started her career in the field of Autism working as an ABA therapist at Fox Valley Autism. Erika began teaching students with RPM in 2005. In 2010, Erika completed her apprenticeship and now holds the highest level Soma RPM® certification. Erika has worked with verbal and non-verbal students ranging from age 4 to 40 years old. As the Executive Director of Education at ACE, Erika is responsible for individual RPM sessions, curriculum planning, goal setting, and instructing parents and professionals.For more information visit: <a href="http://www.acetc.info/index.html" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">A.C.E Teaching and Consulting</a> ​​Madison Martin (Biography)Madison was first introduced to RPM in 2017, and quickly recognized the potential the method had as a means to help limited verbal/non verbal individuals communicate. From there, Madison slowly began to grow her client base while still pursuing a university degree in psychology at the University of Calgary. In early 2019, she became a Soma RPM® approved practitioner. Madison has experience working with students ranging in age from 6-25 years, with differing levels of functioning. She currently offers individual RPM sessions out of her office in Calgary.
