Sustainability 101 Series with Reimagine Institute

The status quo is not working, so what can we do? Dare to Reimagine! 

The Westminster Ponds Centre and Reimagine Institute are working together to bring forward the "Sustainability 101" series of events to teach the ins and outs of sustainable practices.

Learn how easy it is to compost, whatever your situation or level of experience. We will briefly explain:<ul><li>the benefits of composting</li><li>various composting devices and techniques</li><li>the EASY process of composting your food scraps </li><li>troubleshooting problems if your composting gets off on the wrong foot - fixes are easy to implement! </li><li>how to use your compost </li></ul>ParkingLimited parking in front of the building or use the City parking lot in between Reimagine and Richmond Row - free parking for 2 hours when you use the promo code “CORE” on the Honk Mobile app. Masks highly encouraged. Refreshments available - please Bring Your Own Container.

About the Signal Boost Initiative:The <a href="https://www.reforestlondon.ca/programs/signal-boost-initiative/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Signal Boost Initiative</a> is a three-year joint initiative of ReForest London and the London Environmental Network, aimed at dramatically increasing the number of public environmental education opportunities available here in London. It is a project of the new Westminster Ponds Centre for Environment and Sustainability.This event is offered as a part of the Signal Boost Initiative, which was made possible with support from the <a href="https://otf.ca/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ontario Trillium Foundation</a>.
