At the Computer Science Workshop, you can learn computer science skills, have the chance to win a prize, and showcase your final project!

The Computer Science Workshop (CSW) hosted by TeamUP Science gives participants the opportunity to learn computer science concepts during weekend sessions and apply these concepts into developing a python game (beginner) or developing graphic user interface (GUI) (intermediate/advanced). Participants will also get a chance to win prizes as well as showcase their final project during the last session.Beginner sessions will run on Saturdays from 10AM-1:30PM (October 16, 23, 30), with a showcase on November 6 from 10AM-2:30PM. Note that the $15 fee is a one-time payment to access all 4 weekends.While attendance at all 4 sessions is strongly encouraged, you can still register even if you can't attend all sessions. We also provide busaries, which reimburse the ticket cost (more information is provided following registration). **Please note, in the event that you require a refund on your ticket purchase, you will be required to pay a $2 processing fee.
