Do we need prior breathwork or relationship experience?

Not at all. This session is designed for all levels - whether you’re brand new to breathwork or have experience with personal growth or therapy.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

Accepted Answer

Breathwork is generally very safe, but it may not be suitable for people who are pregnant, have certain cardiovascular conditions, severe asthma, epilepsy, or are experiencing serious mental health conditions. Please reach out if you’re unsure.

What can we expect from the breathwork portion?

The breathwork journey is a guided, music-supported experience that helps release stored stress, emotions, and tension in the body.  It allows you to access deeper clarity, openness, and connection - both within yourself and with your partner.

Question 4

Is this like couples therapy?

Accepted Answer

This is not traditional therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic.
You’ll be guided through somatic practices, nervous system education, and structured communication exercises to help you understand and shift patterns in your relationship in a safe and supported way.

Question 5

Is this only for couples who are struggling?

Accepted Answer

Not at all.  This is for couples who want to grow - whether you’re in a great place and want to deepen your connection, or moving through challenges and looking for new ways to support each other.

Question 6

What if things feel emotional or intense?

Accepted Answer

That’s completely normal. Breathwork and relational work can bring emotions to the surface.
You’ll be supported every step of the way, with tools to stay grounded and regulated. Nothing is forced, you are always in control of your experience.

Question 7

Do we have to share personal things in front of others?

Accepted Answer

No. While there may be moments of optional sharing, most of the experience is focused on you and your partner.  You will never be required to share anything publicly.

Question 8

Do we need to have been together for a long time to join this session?

Accepted Answer

No.  There is not necessarily a specific amount of time you need to have been together.  This is meant as a different type of date night and each couple will take what they need from it, regardless of their length of relationship.

What if we’re going through a challenging time?

Accepted Answer

You are absolutely welcome. In fact, this space is very helpful for couples navigating disconnection, recurring conflict, or transition.  Everything is guided gently, with a focus on safety, compassion, and meeting you where you are.
