*Exact location provided after registrationConnected breathing is a powerful, rythmic breathing technique that activates the body's natural healing intellegence. Through circular breathing we gently access layers of trauma, emotion and tension creating space for release and clarity. This session will help you<ul><li>Release suppressed emotions and blockages</li><li>Cultivate self-awareness and nervious system regulation</li><li>Connect with authentic emotional expression</li><li>Resotore balance between mind, body and spirit</li></ul>We will follow the breathwork with a sharing circle for reflection and integration and community connection. Whether you are new to breathwork or have practiced before this session invites you to come as you are - to breath, feel and return to yourself.
