As parents in today&#x27;s modern world, we are focused on doing everything right for our children while simultaneously fearing that we are doing everything wrong.
We love and adore our children, working hard to provide the best opportunities, for them to achieve goals that we never had the opportunity to achieve. Modern parenting means that information is at our finger tips, ask Google, Alexa, Siri, podcasts etc., we have never had more access to parenting advice on ‘what is best’ and yet, we’re more confused than ever. 
We are stuck in ‘Cause and Effect’, worried about how the last 5 minutes will effect the next 20 years, rather than being in the moment. Combine all this with the natural sleep deprivation that comes with being a new parent, it is no wonder that our brains are in over drive, wanting and desiring to nurture our children “Perfectly” eventually leading us to feel disconnected. 
Many of us have forgotten what it&#x27;s like to be a child and how to pause – to be in the moment and truly enjoy life with our children. This time with your child is precious. Why replace being in the moment with anxiety, worry and the strive for perfection? This anxiety can lead us to miss those special connecting moments full of growth, joy and love. It is the magic in these everyday connections that allow us to feel more at ease and will truly empower us as parents.
Join Liz Simpson in a workshop of practical tips and tricks, including:
✅ How to connect with your own creative and childish nature. 
✅ How to calm and ground in the midst of all the chaos. 
✅ How to be with your child and relate to them. 
When we can meet our child from the heart of our own inner child, a true connection is formed. We are finally able to be in the moment with our children and enjoy the experience of connected parenting.
