Description: Welcome to our first Long Table Dinner at Conscious Lab! Join us for an evening of connection, delicious food, and meaningful conversations. Our Conscious Circles bring together heart centred entrepreneurs to share a meal and explore topics related to mindfulness, spirituality, and personal growth. This is a unique opportunity to engage with a community of individuals who are passionate about living consciously. Come hungry, leave inspired! Topic: Since it's also Spring Equinox the topic will be EMERGENCE Intention: The intention of Conscious Circle is to elevate ourselves and each other through sharing lived experiences. This can be around entrepreneurship, relationships, health, parenthood, and everything else in between. It's so important to normalize and celebrate the highs and the lows of our journey. We grow and elevate when we share our truth, authenticity, and light. Whatever the problem, community is the answer! A 3 course healthy + delicious meal will be created by the amazing Rachelle from <a href="https://www.beyondnourished.com/" title="https://www.beyondnourished.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Beyond Nourished</a>.
