Couples yoga is a fun and healthy way to spend time together.  This Valentine's Day, treat your partner to something different.

AFIWI GROOVE SCHOOL

The class will be a slow-paced flowing vinyasa where couples will be guided to assist each other in each pose of the sequence, along with breath work that helps you to connect with your partner on a deeper level.The poses will be both static and dynamic symmetry where both couples will utilize the strength and sensitivity of one another.F﻿or more info visit: https://www.livewellwithmaxine.com/couplesyoga
