Couples Yoga Workshop

We are fertility, prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric clinics that treatfertility,prenatal,postnatal,menopauseandpediatric healthissues in Calgary, Alberta. We help people struggling with infertility challenges. We are also very experienced working with pregnant Mamas, and do post care for Moms as well work with babies and growing kiddos. And yes, we treat all conditions in between too.

This workshop will encourage partners to play and connect through partner yoga poses. Afterward, you and your partner will explore each other&#x27;s ideas about mutual support, displays of love and parenting ideas through discussion and/or journaling.This class is designed for parents-to-be and new parents.<ul><li>$﻿35 per couple</li><li>7﻿5 minutes</li><li>small group yoga</li><li>Holistic Institute of Health &amp; Fertility-143 14919 Deer Ridge Dr SE Calgary, AB</li></ul>*﻿as this class explores feelings, strong emotions may surface.
