Creating your Birth Plan!

Amelia is a birth and postpartum doula, placenta encapsulation specialist and Infant Sleep Educator servicing Brampton, Mississauga, West Toronto, Vaughan and Surrounding Areas. She is passionate about improving birth and postpartum experiences and outcomes for parents in her community.

This workshop is designed for anyone who is currently expecting and would like to learn why you would create a birth plan and how to do it!
Join your host Amelia, and birth and postpartum doula for help in creating your birth plan! If you are not sure what you even desire for your birth and what your options are, there will be lots of time for one on one questions and answers to help you determine what is important for you to include in your birth journey.
We will also discuss questions to ask during your birth if there are deviations from your plan being suggested so that you can make the best informed choice for you and your baby!
Each participant will receive a Birth Plan Worksheet, and B.R.A.I.N.S. coloring sheet.
This workshop will be held on the second floor in the Group Study Room.
