Creative Reflections for Winter | Checking Winter Reserves
90 minutes | Online
It's easy to become lost in the busy of this time of year. Don't risk depletion!
This eco-art workshop draws on nature, and human patterns of existence to explore what you need in this season, and where your energy is. Tap into your intuition, check in with your body, and explore somatic art.
Leave the workshop feeling more human, and less frazzled.
What we'll do:
We'll use art to explore messages from your body, identify new needs, and check in with our boundaries. We'll discuss the rhythms of nature, the threads of hope in a cold season, and what we can do to ensure we don't use all our resources before spring!
Who this is for:
This is for anyone who wants to experience the wellness benefits of art, being guided, and existing in community without the pressure of masking.
Prior art skills are not required.
Practical details:
- Format: Online | 90 minutes
- Materials: you'll need to provide paper and art supplies (there's no art list for this session, turn up with what you have)
