Online event
Thursday, Mar 5 from 7 pm to 9 pm PST
Overview

Life can feel overwhelming. We move fast, we carry a lot. This workshop offers a transformational space to reconnect with yourself.

Through expressive arts practices — movement, art-making, writing, and sound — you’ll gently reset your nervous system, release tension, and restore clarity, calm, and creative energy.

No art experience is needed — just bring yourself.

Join from home with simple materials you already have on hand.

Pricing: $20pp

Financial accessibility available — please reach out.

Expressive arts is rooted in the understanding that creativity is a way of knowing. By moving between modalities — writing, image-making, reflection, and dialogue — participants discover insight through process rather than analysis alone.

Facilitator Dr. Bonnie Nish is an expressive arts therapist, educator, and workshop facilitator with decades of experience supporting creative and reflective practice. She has worked extensively with educators, writers, and community groups, creating spaces where storytelling, image, and dialogue foster insight and resilience. Her approach is gentle, experiential, and grounded in the belief that creativity is essential to sustaining meaningful work.
