Crown + Bliss is a community that supports and empowers women to be unapologetically feminine.Through our local events and online community, we aim to motivate badass females to come together and inspire one another.We hope Crown + Bliss will help women find the knowledge and tools to better themselves through a deeper understanding their own mind, body, and spirit.

Crown + Bliss presents a simplify your stuff workshop and clothing exchange tying into January's theme of "Less is More".
By simplifying our choices, tasks, decisions and physical stuff, we are able to create more space for our dreams and will be able to see how they manifest physically and mentally. However, we all know it's overwhelming. Where do we even start and why does it always sneak back to be the same as before?
Ticket price includes one  FREE DRINK (includes non-alocholic drink as well).
WHAT
Join us as Clare Kumar, a thoughtful productivity coach and professional organizer guides us through the ‘4 Step P.L.A.N. to Get Organized™’. Clare is an expert and popular productivity coach who is frequently featured in print and on TV.
Following, we will have a clothing swap where we’ll have a chance to share our own methods with one another. Who’s obsessed with the KonMari method and has ‘sparked joy’? Or, who has implemented feng shui and seen the results?
Bring any slightly used clothing or cosmetic items with you, where you can choose to swap with fellow Crown Women, or have them donated directly to Sistering. Any clothing that is not swapped will be donated on your behalf to Sistering.

KonMari method is to look at something to see if it simply ‘sparks joy.’ When you pick it up and hold it, do you feel joyful excitement? Or, does another feeling come up, say dread or guilt for not wearing it? Let go of anything that does not ‘spark joy’. SIMPLE.

WHO:
CLARE KUMAR is a Toronto-based Professional Organizer and Productivity Consultant with a talent for teaching and motivating others, Clare Kumar founded <A HREF="http://streamlife.ca/clare-kumar.html" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Streamlife®</A> in 2005. She is passionate about helping people reduce mess and stress to get more out of life.
Clare has been a regular contributor to Today's Parent, and been featured in Fast Company, House & Home Magazine, Chatelaine, Canadian Living, Style at Home, CBC, Globe and Mail, Toronto Star and Report on Business. Clare also appears regularly as a guest expert on national television shows such as The Social, The Marilyn Denis Show, CityLine, Breakfast Television, Canada AM, CTV, CHCH TV, and many more.
 
<A HREF="http://sistering.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">SISTERING</A>: All donations will go directly to <A HREF="http://sistering.org/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sistering</A>, a multi-service agency for at-risk, socially isolated women in Toronto who are homeless or precariously housed.
Crown + Bliss is very excited to facilitate these donations to less privileged women. Especially after the holidays when contributions slow down during the cold winter months.
