CS Subgroup Vancouver AGM
This is your invitation to attend the Annual Vancouver CS Subgroup AGM (Annual General Meeting).
The following will be there:
- Update on the latest news and developments in the CS Community, and specifically, anything in the region/area of Vancouver
- Keynote speaker will be Stan Buday , CS Group National President. He will speak about Contracting out and our efforts to combat it, the New Collective agreement and our actions going forward, and along with Karim Chaggani, speak about CS to IT Re-Classification
- There will be an election of the Vancouver CS Subgroup President, as well as member(s) of the executive.
Lunch is provided, with a variety of items.
If you have any specific dietary needs/concerns - such as alergies or sensitives, please register, and email Karim Chaggani ASAP at: karim@pipsc.ca to make sure an alternate item(s) are available to you. A menu can be found here:

The itinerary for the AGM will follow, the following is the timings for lunch, as the food comes out to tables, and self serve areas:
1145AM - Mini Julienne Vegetarian Spring Roll (v)
Asian spicy dipping sauce
1155AM - Roasted Vegetable & Quinoa Slider (v)
melted aged cheddar cheese, pesto mayo, lettuce, tomato
12PM - Roasted Vegetable Flatbread (v)
mushrooms, roasted peppers, & fresh basil
1205PM -Poached Prawn, Mango & Fresh Dill (g)
served on a cucumber round
1215PM - self serve stations:
Pasta Station (Self-Serve)
Vegetarian Rotini
roasted vegetables, tomato basil sauce
Chicken Penne
roasted garlic cream sauce
Hand-Carved Roast Striploin (Live Chef)
rock salt & cracked pepper crusted
served in warm rolls, with mustard & horseradish

Fresh Seasonal Fruit Platter
The location, Steamworks, is accessible by Train and some walking..and there is parking out front , at your cost.
Please encourage your fellow CS's in your workplace to attend, and register ASAP. Any concerns, or questions, and as mentioned any alergies, and requirements for any special food from the menu provided, please contact Karim Chaggani at: karim@pipsc.ca
