The CSU boardroom (Maple 116) can be accessed from the ground floor via the exterior entrance on the north side of the building. These are not power doors, but staff will be available on-site to assist. There is a ramp from the Bosa bus loop to the northwest side of the building.

Are there universal restrooms nearby?

Accepted Answer

The CSU boardroom (Maple 116) is less than 10 metres away from a single-stall, accessible, all-gender restroom located in the adjacent Maple Lounge (Maple 115). There also binary gendered multi-stall restrooms, including accessible stalls, about 20 metres away.

Is the meeting space scent-free?

The CSU boardroom (Maple 116) is a part of a scent-reduced office environment. If you are joining us in person, in consideration of team members with allergies and sensitivities, we ask that meeting guests be conscious of using chemically scented products.
