A playful, nourishing space for women to connect through meditation, gentle movement, journaling, storytelling, and womb-healing
The arrival of Spring invites us into a fresh cycle, one of creation, renewal and growth. In this Women's Circle we will connect to the rhythms of nature with the wisdom of our own cycles, especially the womb space.
Together, we will create space for healing, intention-setting, and lightness as we step into this new season with openness and curiosity.
Your host, Monika, has been hosting women's circles for about three years and would love you to join our next gathering. Come relax, laugh and make new friends.
What to expect from our next Women's Circle
* Guided meditation & breath control
* Journaling, storytelling & womb healing
* Reiki & gentle movement to balance our energy
* Fun activities to connect with yourself and others
What to bring
Yoga mat or blanket, pen & paper, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes
