We’ll embody your intentions through movement — releasing self-doubt and stepping into power, play, and joy. Agenda

Every month, there will be a topic that is important for a healthy mindset. These topics will help improve self-awareness and help you become more conscious. This months topic is TBD. There will be a conversation about this topic and you will be asked questions to help you understand yourself better. Along with this, you will be eating some nutritious parfaits! 

Reflect, Self-Awareness, Nutritious Parfaits 

We’re going to use the energy with everything you’ve learned about yourself from the discussion and release it through dance. We’re going to dance in confidence as we feel the sensation of letting go. It’ll be a choreographed dance that will flow but will also make you feel powerful and  free!

We’re going to go back to self-reflection and think about how we’re feeling at this point compared to how we might have felt when we first came in. Reflect on what we’re proud of so we can always go back to that as a reminder if we ever feel imposter syndrome
