This space will be lovingly held for expanded states of consciousness, emotional release, and inner revelation.This offering is co-created by Mothra and the Hamilton Conscious Collective (HCC), with members of both teams present to support the emotional, energetic, and somatic integrity of the space.To help anchor your experience, we are also offering an optional pre-journey and post-journey integration call led by psychotherapists Stone and Nina, to support your preparation and integration before and after the event. WHAT TO EXPECT<ul><li>An extended, immersive journey container</li><li>Guided opening and closing of container</li><li>Cacao ceremony</li><li>Ecstatic dance set + live music</li><li>Interwoven guided moments to support grouding, reorienting, and deeper connection</li><li>Sound healing with crystal bowls, water instruments, drums, chimes and more</li><li>Reiki + energy healing offerings throughout the space</li><li>Rest zones for silent reflection or sensory integration</li><li>Short sessions with Lucia Light (optional)</li><li>Supportive and safe space</li><li>Pre- and post-integration call with psychotherapists (optional)</li></ul> MORE INFORMATION: What is Ecstatic Dance?Ecstatic dance is a form of moving self expression that focusses on your inner state, inviting you to become more connected with how you feel moving in your body. It is a space of non-judgement and non-attachment, meaning you are dancing for yourself and in ways that meet your needs or desires as they arise, without needing the validation of someone or something outside of you. It is not a partner dance and there are no specific moves. Set to a musical arc that ranges significantly in speed and genre, ecstatic dance takes you on a journey up and down toward deepening your relationship with yourself. CACAO RITUALCacao is a sacred medicine that has NO mind altering/psychedelic affects and is SAFE for most to consume. It is like hot chocolate, but made with ceremonial grade cacao that respects the land, the people that produced it, and your own body. The Ritual is performed to open your heart to new experiences, yourself, and others. It is an invitation to participate as a way to help set your intention for the evening. SOUND BATHThe night will include sound healing music by the team at Mothra Shadow Work. Soothing tones from crystal bowls, drums, vocals, gongs, chimes and the harp will bring your nervous system back down and ground you back into your body.
