This will be a unique 2 hour outdoor experience to foster new connections and mental + physical wellbeing.
Spend an evening at Lake Banook with friends and strangers as you alternate between heat therapy and cold immersion.
The Cycle:
15 minutes: Sauna
10 minutes: Cold Punge and Rest time
Repeat.
Total time: 2 hours
