Derek Johnston

Derek Johnston is the head of networks marketing for Samsung Electronics America where he manages marketing and 5G business development efforts for Samsung’s North American Networks division. Joining Samsung in 2015, Derek has nearly 20 years of technical marketing, product management and channel management experience in the wireless industry. Prior to Samsung, Derek led global marketing for Corning’s Wireless division, and previously held a variety of leadership roles at MobileAccess Networks, Aptela and Sprint Nextel Communications.

Tony Greenberg

Anthony Wolf Greenberg (Tony) is Executive Vice President in Development at JBG SMITH, where he specializes in multifamily and mixed-use development at transit-oriented sites. Prior to joining JBG in 2007, Mr. Greenberg was a developer at Clark Realty Capital, L.L.C. where he was involved in multifamily, mixed-use, hotel and military family housing projects.

Mr. Greenberg is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving in the leadership of the Transit-Oriented Development Product Council (TODC). Tony was named one of Urban Land Magazine’s 40 Under 40 for 2016.

Karen Whitt

Ms. Whitt oversees a management portfolio of 575 million square feet throughout the United States and leads business development activities. She is responsible for ensuring professional, competent management in all of Colliers markets. She focuses on strategically connecting Colliers’ retail, industrial, office and multifamily, brokerage investment sales, project management and property management groups to provide investor clients with complete real estate solutions.

David Thom

David Thom is President of IBI Group, responsible for providing executive leadership with a particular focus on managing and leading the firm’s multidisciplinary teams of professionals. He specializes in the planning and design of complex projects that integrate planning, architecture and transportation. He has had senior responsibility for many major urban development projects across Canada, in the United States and internationally, including public / private partnerships and private finance initiatives.

Mansoor Kazerouni

Mr. Kazerouni is the Global Director of Buildings at IBI Group. With over 25 years of experience, he has a significant portfolio of projects completed or underway across Canada, the United States, the UK, UAE, Jordan and India. These include high density high-rise residential buildings, hotels, office, retail, institutional, and complex urban mixed-use developments. A number of these projects have been nominated for and received Urban Design and Architectural Design awards.
