De-stressing The Downsizing Process
Moving to a smaller home can be daunting. Learn helpful tips to make the downsizing process stress free.
If you're thinking about moving to a smaller home or have already made the decision, the downsizing process can be a daunting one, leaving you wondering where to start.
You've likely accumulated many items and memories along the way, especially if you've lived in your home for several decades. Moving from a larger space to a smaller one means making lots of decisions ahead of time: How do you decide what to keep and let go of? How can you determine if your current furniture will fit in your new space? What do you do with the items that are no longer needed?
This session will provide an overview of the downsizing process and provide a practical plan on how to get ready for your big move.
Presented by Diana Outos of the Organizing Doula, a trained professional organizer, experienced downsizer, and member of Professional Organizers in Canada.
