When do I drop off my project?

Please drop your project off on Wednesday, April 8, 2025 between 4-6 PM at Evered Hall, located in the Student Union Building, University of the Fraser Valley, Abbotsford Campus.

Question 2

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

You will need a backboard to present your project, and any other materials that you have made, or need to demonstrate your project. Make sure you check the safety and ethics rules to see what you can and cannot bring.

Question 3

Can my parents come?

Accepted Answer

Parents are welcome to come and assist their child with setup. During judging, only the students and judges will be allowed in Evered Hall - this is strictly enforced. Parents are welcome to wait in the lobby area.

Question 4

Is there a fee for parking?

Accepted Answer

There is a nominal parking fee at the campus. The indoor meters accept cash and credit. Please note there are limited parking payment stations.

Question 5

How will I know if I have won an award?

Accepted Answer

Each participant who has won a ribbon or monetary award will be notified via email. They will also be reminded to come to the awards ceremony at UFV. Note: for monetary award winners they will need to present government issued ID such as a passport or drivers license.
