As an ANFT certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, allow me to guide you on a forest bathing walk. I will be honoured to offer you invitations to relax, unwind and restore as you deepen your connection with nature, engaging all your senses. May the forest be with you!

Gently unwind,  breathe more deeply,  let the forest work its magic as we bathe  in the sights, sounds, and stillness of the natural world.

With more time, the forest bathing experience unfolds at a deeper level. You’ll be guided through simple practices that awaken the senses, help release stress, and invite connection—with yourself, with others, and with the living landscape around you. The longer format allows space for lingering, reflection, and restoration in ways that a shorter walk can’t always provide.Our journey concludes with a sharing of forest tea, to ground the experience and bring us together in community before returning to the wider world.This is a chance to let the forest hold you a little longer, so you can carry its calm and clarity with you when you leave.
