At Sedna, we are at the forefront of unleashing the power of data and technology within the commercial fishing industry to maximize the return on harvesting such resources for a better and more sustainable world. From applying enterprise software to an IoT platform to building predictive analytical models, Sedna has helped shape the fishing industry for years to come. Join us on May 11th at 2pm ADT to hear from Sedna CEO Sheamus MacDonald about Sedna’s journey, including how the company is focused on digitizing a centuries-old supply chain.

*DeepSense Discovery Sessions provide students from any academic institution with an interest in data science and the ocean sector to learn more about the ocean economy, ocean data, participate in challenges presented by ocean-related companies, and explore the potential of a career in ocean data. Students (and non-students) are welcome to attend any and all DeepSense sessions. DeepSense Discovery Sessions are held Mondays at 2pm ADT.
