A﻿bout Doug &amp; TeriAfter several years of pastoral ministry in Fort McMurray and High River, Alberta, Doug and Teri Balzer moved to Calgary where Doug now serves as the Director of Innovation for the Western District of the Christian &amp; Missionary Alliance in Canada. 

Doug is also the Director of reKindle and serves as Spiritual Renewal Catalyst and it is in this capacity that Doug and Teri give much of their time to equipping churches in the areas of soul care, ministering in the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, and in ministries of healing and deliverance. 

We are looking forward to welcoming Doug and Teri to Quinte Alliance Church as they lead our Holy Spirit Encounter Weekend and Deliverance Seminar.
